Use of Swimming Facilities« Back to Questions List

We own 2 weeks (9 and 36) and make good use of the swimming facilities during our weeks. If we visited the Lake District at a different time of year, can we use the faciities for free or do we have to puchase a day user pass? Clarification would be appreciated John & Lorraine Stuttard

Sorry to be picky but this is an OWNERS board. Why do FML have access and reply. Surely UOCL should be doing this

In the early days you could use the facilities when not staying but it appears this has now changed.

Interesting policy. Has the Board approved this? We own a week through Diamond Resorts and can use the leisure facilities at any of their resorts at any time for free

Dear Mr & Mrs Stuttard,
It is unusual for owners to request to use the facilities at any other time of the year other than at the time of their owned week. Part of the weekly management fee goes towards the running and maintenance of the facilities, along with the monies paid by the outside members who pay a monthly fee so there is no free usage of the pool.
