As we’re considering selling I’ve just looked at the list of ’sales’ and there are clearly loads of weeks available at various prices. On first appearances there seems very little hope of securing a sale without a great deal of luck. Any potential purchaser can pick and choose at their leisure and quite probably drive a hard bargain, in fact if I was looking to buy I think I’d be a little concerned with the number sales available and presume something was fundamentally wrong with the whole development and look elsewhere! Is there anyone out there that can answer Julie’s question or as owners are we expected to advertise our timeshare wherever we think will get the best visibility? As the saying goes… you can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig!!
