[RESOLVED] Accounts - Buildings« Back to Questions List

Who owns the buildings? Are they leased from Prodigal Son Ltd? Does UOC Ltd pay for rates, ground rent, buildings insurance and maintenance? If so are these costs included in "Administrative expenses" on page 12 of the Annual Accounts ?

The landlord owns the freehold. Our Trustee owns the leases. The Club pays rates, insurance mtnce etc. See page 13 of accounts for what is included in admin. expenses. Peter Allen
