Our Stock Week Availability table provides an easy-to-follow overview of when each of our exclusive time-ownership properties are available, owned, or undergoing maintenance throughout the year.

• Property Details: Across the top of the table, you’ll find the names and details of each cottage, including the number of bedrooms and changeover days.
• Weeks of the Year: The weeks run from 1 to 52, corresponding to the Underscar calendar.
• Availability Key:
  • Dark Blue: These weeks are available.
  • Light Grey: These weeks are already owned.
  • Dark Grey: These are our maintenance weeks.
