[RESOLVED] Maintenance payment« Back to Questions List

We own week 45 at Derwent, does anyone know if there is a problem with the payment of the annual management fee? We are due to go in 6 weeks and as yet have not received our bill for this year. This is unusual, has the involvement of Sykes Cottages any influence ? John Warburton

I have resolved my query. Bills are only being sent out 2 weeks prior to occupancy because of possible changes in respect of COVID
My initial enquiry didn’t receive a response that explained this.
