Aftercare is a concept you will have experienced no matter what beauty, holistic or aesthetic treatment you have had. Part of your journey, it helps in optimising every treatment to get the best out of it, individual to you!
 

As an industry standard, 99% of treatments the aftercare advice includes drinking lots of water, avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours post treatment, minimise strenuous activity and keep any products on the skin as long as possible. BUT… what else can you do to optimise this £100 facial or million-dollar manicure! The short but simple answer is the aftercare at home to maintain your glowing skin! 

It is tale telling sign for your therapist when you return for your next appointment if you have followed aftercare or simply used a baby wipe and water!

BASIC SKINCARE
In terms of every basic skin routine, our therapists recommend a cleanser, toner, exfoliator and moisturiser. Each of these should then be specifically tailored to your skin type to avoid negative effects on your skin such as breakouts, redness, dryness or even physical discomfort. It is important to get the advice of a professional when it comes to looking after your skin and choosing skin care individual to you!

ADVANCED SKINCARE  

Once you have nailed down the basics of skincare, why not step into the world of advanced skincare? This can feel overwhelming when you start looking at all the products on the market these days, but it doesn’t need to be, our typical advanced products recommendations are:
