After the incredible success of his first event with us, we’re thrilled to welcome back Chef Peter Sidwell for another exclusive evening. With a deep affinity for Italian cuisine and time spent in both Tuscany and Milan, this time he will cook an authentic Italian inspired five course menu, combining a fusion of techniques and ingredients from both Italy and The Lake District.

As a renowned chef and TV presenter with five cookbooks, Peter’s ethos is about empowering people to try new techniques, experiment with flavours, and have fun in the kitchen, with every dish carrying a story behind its flavours.Known for his vibrant approach to cooking, his style blends creativity, simplicity, and a deep appreciation for seasonal ingredients, honed in his home kitchen surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Lake District.
