Homemade Sourdough and Cumbrian Butter
Starter– Rope rung smoked salmon from Grants smoke house with Nordic style seed bread, lemon and horseradish hollandaise and local gin dressed herb salad
Main Course– Beef trio, Slow braised black treacle short rib, poached fillet of Gallaway beef with chimichurri and tartar with smoked egg yolk, Beef from Base Camp, Fondant potatoes and salt baked carrots
Vegetarian Option- Braised celeriac in red wine and black treacle, Seared king oyster mushroom and a remoulade with smoked egg yolk
Dessert- Chocolate and Cumbrian beer pudding with barley malt ice cream, wild sorrel from the woods and vanilla glazed meringue
