Underscar the Northern Lakes, Apartments and Spa have been here for 25 years in this beautiful location, just outside Keswick and nestling under the mighty Skiddaw. It truly is a magical place to relax and unwind, and we have many owners who have been coming here since that first year 25 years ago. Many of our owners love their time spent here.

The 19th century coach house and walled garden was beautifully transformed 25 years ago, to house 5 star luxury 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
Each have their own individual character and all are cleverly designed to offer panoramic views over Keswick and Derwentwater to Catbells and the fells beyond. Most have a private balcony or terrace to enjoy the view, perhaps with a cuppa or something stronger.
