Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • This referral program is open to all current team members of Underscar Owners’ Club Limited (Company No: 09734440).
   • The reward program will initially run from 1st October to 31st December 2024
   • Referrals must be made for new clients who have not previously attended a treatment or spa day at the Spa at Underscar (or as previously known, Oxley’s).
   • Referrers cannot refer themselves or other employees.
2. Referral Process:
   • To participate, the referrer must introduce the referred individual to the Spa at Underscar team and submit a referral form available at Wellbeing Worth Sharing.
   • The referred individual must mention the referrer’s name during their initial contact with the Reception team.
3. Reward Criteria:
   • The referrer is eligible for a reward only if the referred individual purchases a treatment or spa day at the Spa at Underscar within 12 months from the date of submission of the referral form.
   • The reward will be issued only after the new customer has booked, fully paid and attended their treatment or spa day.
4. Reward:
   • The reward will be a £15 tax free bonus paid to the employee through Payroll.
5. Reward Redemption:
   • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • The reward will be paid through Payroll and will be part of your income, but will be tax free (Underscar Owners’ Club Limited will cover the tax).
6. Limitations:
   • Each referrer can earn a maximum of ten rewards per calendar month.
7. General Conditions:
   • Underscar reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
   • Any disputes regarding the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Underscar Owner’s Club Limited.
   • Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding referral programs and incentives.
   • Underscar is not responsible for any tax implications resulting from the receipt of rewards. Referrers are advised to consult their tax advisors.
   • Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to disqualify any referrer or referred individual found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to game the referral system. This includes, but is not limited to, creating fake submissions, providing false information, or any other activities that undermine the integrity of the referral program.
8. Privacy:
   • Personal information collected as part of the referral process will be used in accordance with Underscar’s privacy policy.
   • Referrers and referred individuals consent to the use of their information for the purpose of administering the referral program.
