Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
- This referral program is open to all current owners (as detailed on a valid Holiday Certificate) and registered guests of owners (as detailed on a Confirmation of Arrival) at Underscar.
- Referrals must be made for new clients who have not previously owned or rented at Underscar.
- Referrers cannot refer themselves.
Referral Process:
- To participate, the referrer must introduce the referred individual to the Underscar Sales & Rental team and submit a referral form available at Share Your Experience.
- The referred individual must mention the referrer’s name during their initial contact with the Sales & Rental team.
Reward Criteria:
- The referrer is eligible for a reward only if the referred individual purchases a week at Underscar within 6 months from the date of submission of the referral form.
- The purchase must be completed, finalised and fully paid for before the reward can be issued.
Reward:
- Upon completion of the referral sale you will be invited to choose one of the following gifts:
  - 50% off a 7-Night Stay at Underscar during January/February or November/December. You will receive a link to the listings of the properties which are included in the promotion.
  - A complimentary 3-night stay at Underscar during January/February or November/December. You will receive a link to the listings of the properties which are included in the promotion.
  - A spa voucher worth up to £250 for use in our luxury therapy rooms.
  - A case of six bottles of red or white wine or an alternative non-alcholic beverage of the same value.
Reward Redemption:
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The discounted 7-night stay, complimentary 3-night stay and spa voucher must be used within one year of issuance, are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- The case of wine or alternative non-alcoholic beverage will be placed into your property at the time of your next stay at Underscar.
Limitations:
- Each referrer can earn a maximum of three rewards per calendar year.
- The discounted 7-night stay and complimentary 3-night stay reward can only be redeemed against specified listings and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- The spa voucher cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
General Conditions:
- Underscar reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes regarding the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Underscar Owner’s Club Limited.
- Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding referral programs and incentives.
- Underscar is not responsible for any tax implications resulting from the receipt of rewards. Referrers are advised to consult their tax advisors.
- Underscar Owners’ Club Limited reserves the right to disqualify any referrer or referred individual found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or attempting to game the referral system. This includes, but is not limited to, creating fake submissions, providing false information, or any other activities that undermine the integrity of the referral program.
Privacy:
- Personal information collected as part of the referral process will be used in accordance with Underscar’s privacy policy.
- Referrers and referred individuals consent to the use of their information for the purpose of administering the referral program.
